Walk at Ft. Yargo Jan 25th

We had a great time on the walk at Ft. Yargo!  The weather was perfect, especially for January and the company was good too!  We even had some four legged friends that tagged along!  For the record, Cindy, we found that the first half of the walk was mainly "downhill" and the second half of the walk was mainly "uphill".  The distance Sheila had told us we walked was in question, so some of us graciously got in our automobiles and clocked the distance and found we walked 4 miles in just over 1 hour!  Way to go gang!  Hope more of you can join us for our walk in February (weather permitting)!!  It was a fun time!  Go Team Lean!

  1. I loved the walk, I hope to do it again. After Zakk walked in the house, he laid down and slept for most of the day. He enjoyed it to!

  4. After a major 4-day eating binge, I started out OK on Monday. Hope to be back on track and not gained too much. I feel better.
    I didn't feel good even while I was pigging out. It was there so I ate it.

  6. I forgot my eating binge did not catch up with me...yet. Tuesday I had lost another 4.8 lbs. I think this week I will really have to watch it. This is my third day straight back on healthy eating. YAY ME!!!!

  7. Yay you Pat! We went out of town for a Swim Meet this last weekend, tried to keep healthy, but there were a few slips. I'm trying to get back on track.

    I found the weight you lost, it ended up on me :(

  8. I am still worried that my eating binge is going to catch up with me...But I redid measurements I had lost 4 in. in my waist and 4 1/2 in. in my hips! I was pleasantly surprised!!
